Powertrain
Lift trucks should be tough enough to last for hours of use in numerous extreme environments. Though being ergonomic for operators, these machinery have to be able to move loads efficiently and fast. The rugged, dependable Yale powertrain offers excellent durability through its computer controlled engine and transmission, extremely robust gears and shafts and state of the art clutch pack. The engine, transmission, drive axle and steer axle are all isolated in order to lessen vibration and noise inside the compartment of the operator.
Electrical
The electrical system of the lift truck is responsible for linking the truck's major nerve centers. Thus, the electrical system within the lift truck should be reliable and durable for the most demanding wet/dry and cold/hot operations. There is much sophistication needed to be able to control truck functionality.
Delivering dependable electronics are a well-known hallmark of all Yale trucks. The Yale CANbus electrical system uses digital technology and reduces wiring and reduces electrical connections too. This results in improved reliability and remarkable serviceability.
Hydraulics
The hydraulics are the "muscles" of the forklift. They give the necessary force needed to raise heavy loads during the entirety of a long shift. All Yale trucks feature industrial grade hydraulic parts. Several of these components include: heavy-duty hydraulic valves, leak resistant O-ring face seal fittings, long lasting tilt and hoist cylinders, and fine micron filters. The control valve has been strategically placed to be able to prolong component life by minimizing exposure to heat sources.
Yale's diesel forklifts offer extreme dependability and are recognized for withstanding harsh working situations and coming out on top. These equipment have been constructed in such a precise manner that attention to detail has been considered to be able to keep the operator as comfortable as they can be.
